My day includes the coordination and maintenance of schedules, maintaining files, contact and distribution databases, arranging teleconferences, ordering meeting room equipment, editing, proofreading and formatting letters and reports, research, taking minutes and the coordination and issuing agenda and minutes for Senior Management Committee meetings, coordination of the Board of Directors meetings, proofreading and editing reports, consolidating materials and the logistic coordination of the Company’s Annual General Meeting to name a few.
My responsibilities have included a multitude of priorities and stringent deadlines in an environment of changing and conflicting priorities.
I am highly proficient in computer software applications and transcription devices. I have excellent coordination skills and communication skills in person, on the telephone and in writing.
I am a team player who gets alone and works well with others.
I deal extremely well and comfortably with people in many areas of business, government and volunteers handling all level of queries.
I view challenges and additional responsibility as an opportunity for growth.
