well i have had a good time with the people i have worked with i have learnt to serve the guests according to wat they have ordered management is good and fair there was no culture i never had a hard part of job i enjoyed working there

Time hotels was a very good hotel in dubai,because of there was many kind of facility,i learn many thing of my hotel carrier like how to inpres the guest,how to hendle guest complain,make setisfied the guest,customer focus etc.

- Supervise all Guest services agents ensuring that guests are taken care of in a professional friendly manner
- Maintain effective communication with all related departments ensuring smooth operation in service delivery

- Maintain an awareness of rate levels to be sold on daily basis and the occupancy levels

- Ensure that every call is attended to and greeted in a professional manner as per the hotel standards

- Personalize VIP’s arriving and departing ensuring their stay is well organized

- Supervise activities of the guest service agents/cashiers, bellboys and drivers.

- Handling reservations for groups and cooperate clients.

- Acting Duty manager during weekends, public holidays and when the management is not available

- Preparing duty roster for the department according to business needs and demands on bi-weekly basis
