When I started working as sales assistant I learnt how working in a team feels like by helping each other, covering and be involved in different areas of the store and listening to my colleagues what experience they had so I could learn more from them. about the management I learnt a lot how to deal with costumers and a little bit how my store supervisor works, like organising rotas, what in each day needs to be done, sometimes I was on their meetings when they were talking about the next delivery and how that will need to be solve and organised in the store or even in stock rooms. Working on the till was my favourite part of the job. I will love to work as a sales assistant again.
