I learnt so much when it came to F&B as well as event and baquets managment
My day was never the same as I had different events to handle ,and if I wasn't doing an event I was in my bar/lounge making sure it had all the stock , being handled properly eg hygiene
I worked with an all men team .They were older than me but we worked well together .
My management gave me a lot of leeway to do what I needed and always had an open door if I needed some help with doing anything ,
The most enjoyable part was I got to meet so many people who taught me a lot about their culture .
while I also worked with different managers that I acquired management skills that would on different type of people .Being in big hotel I was put through all types of training that varied from body language courses right up to doing basic trainings for management, sales and co ordination .
