Warning plzz don't destroy your career over here.i was a Rezidorian before for 5 years in dubai but this was my biggest nightmare to join Radisson blu resort Fujairah. Employees don't work there only trainees and casuals. I left within 1 month of joining and paid them. It's in a remote area where where normal life don't exist please avoid this place. People don't respect each other I saw staff leaving within a day dats why they have open day at nassima coz there is no transportation no public bus nothing taxi fare is more than 270 aed from dubai.i already left this place my life is back.
Accommodation is d worst no restaurant nothing

The hotel is highly supportive of growth, encourages self-development.

* Responsible for day to day operations of 306 rooms Radisson Blu Resort Sharjah landmark hotel
* Supervise 42 engineering employees; interview, schedule, train, develop, coach and council, recommend performance review, resolve problems and recommend discipline, as appropriate.
* Supervise 10 Gardener team to maintain and arrange 4000 m2 Garden areas covered by grass and different type of plants
* Implement and schedule property and equipment preventive maintenance programming in compliance with corporate standards and local, state and national codes and regulations to ensure safety, convenience and satisfaction of all guests, managers and employees, to protect the assets and maintain the property in first class condition
* Prioritize the service requests; schedule and monitor service performed to ensure customer satisfaction, safety and convenience.
* Test and examine the life safety systems to ensure they are 100% operational at all the times to protect assets, guests and employees
* Monitor Utility consumption to determine the effectiveness the current system
* Review the purchase requests and monitor expenses budget goals are met/exceeded
* Administration of the division by preparing and maintaining schedules, logs, records and other documentations to ensure a smooth operation and minimize liabilities
* Perform special project and other responsibilities as assigned.
