I learned how to deal with different types of customers. I was also able to use my organisation skills while working for Hornbach. There were stressful days but we were able to get through it as a team while helping each other. We made a pretty good team and my co-workers were friendly and very hard-working. The hardest part of the job, in my point of view, is dealing with customers. Some customers can be very difficult, demanding and even agressive. I learned how to deal with those customers in a very diplomatic and proffessional way. I enjoyed working in the team with a good ambiance and making orders for the company. I enjoyed the customer service too, learning how to deal with certain situations.
