Company made sure that you are aware of the company policies. They help you thrive and grow on the field you are at or if you want to change department they will help you out to easily transition to it. If you open yourself with the way the company culture is then you will grow with the company as well which I believe is in the good way. Hilton is a great place to work with and at the same time grow with. I am honored to work with one of the best places (environment) to work.

Not only does a masseuse - more commonly known as a massage therapist - need to be good with their hands, they also need some knowledge of the human body and an ability to build a strong clientele. A massage therapist also needs to meet specific certification requirements in order to practice
The company is so bad, do not be fooled by the name, they will suck your blood alive, they will order you to stay long hours, no extra payments and they will send you away for redundancy.
From the area management till department managers are the worst racist people
It was a very Pleasant and wonderful environment I have learnt a lot to Use in my daily life and has taught me life lessons I hope I can get an experience like this again

Long hours but two off days
If you're not from their group don't be surprised when the manager, colleagues disrespect, humiliate, shout at you in front of everyone, speak their native languages next to you regularly. Culture level and customer service is very low in the department, but everyone is very proud and covers each other. However Online trainings from Hilton University are very nice. Hope such atmosphere not in every hotel of this group. Anyway I will never recommend to anyone to work in this hotel.
It was great experience working with multi culture team members. It was great opportunity for me to train and develop skilled HK attendant. explore.It was great platform for me to share my knowledge and experience with may of them. train many new colleagues. HIton online training's are very informative and helpful.
