If you're not from their group don't be surprised when the manager, colleagues disrespect, humiliate, shout at you in front of everyone, speak their native languages next to you regularly. Culture level and customer service is very low in the department, but everyone is very proud and covers each other. However Online trainings from Hilton University are very nice. Hope such atmosphere not in every hotel of this group. Anyway I will never recommend to anyone to work in this hotel.
