Some are really hard to deal with and other are really good that became your friends at the end of the day. You always have to give your best to each and everyone because that is part of your job.

work starts with same boring huddle regarding sales and pitching of every details to customers (interested or not) always monitored by webcam and repeat every single pitching of sales, that accounts into deduction of points.lousy slow and poor domestic system, needs managers access now and then even for small changes. not able to work independently and no mistakes accepted feels very robotic and every team pinches on sales depart like compliance team, rqms, mystery shoppers, quality and every different department losing of monthly incentives. no balance of work and life , struggle to get sales and not performing well gets warning letters and even busted out. trying to make customer centric but takes too long to resolve complaints. no social life short breaks and no enjoyable life at all.

It was a fun place to work, good managers and coworkers. Nevertheless there was no advancement option and barely received a pay raise. It was a good place to boost your career in telecommunication, retail sales, customer service. Etisalat made sure their employees are trained, well received the product knowledge and kept up with latest technology.
Product knowledge, required sales trainig.
No career advancement, no pay raise and less benefits.
I have been working at Etisalat Telecome full time for more then one years

Extremely professional and up to the market trends. The management over here is very friendly and cooperative in all terms. The only drawback is low wage and availability of new opportunities for career growth
