Very stressfulBad vibes Unprofessional No balance between life and workNot enough days off Overloading you with work and looking for mistakes Wouldn't recommend anyone to work there Toxic people Don't go there for your own sake
I follow all pendings issues between contractors and Etisalat and all pendings issues between contractors and governments departments. And we do to fast finish all issues, and we connect with Municipality to take all approvals from the pendings cases.
Very nice work
Very bad salary
A bunch of non professionals and arrogant locals who protect their Arabic fellows no matter what.Senior managers are incompetent and try to be close to management while using their buttering skills. No rules for promotion and no compensation for hard work. No rules for hiring and firing and manager is the only authority for your job security.Salary is good but job security is zero with unnecessary stressful work.
no breaks for lunch or even for prayers
Working in an Business organization, gained lots of experience with my co workers and management, Worked as a team with my staffs reporting me,It is disappointing that there is no growth in such organization.Starters i would suggest to work with the company to gain experience and move to different company within an year or two.
A Fast paced working environment and even though the management style is inadequate your efforts are recognized.
A typical working day would include handling customers complaints and each employee would be given a certain daily target which he/she must try to achieve. The management style is in general inadequate but your efforts are rewarded and recognized.
Diverse culture - Recognition for one's efforts - advancement opportunities
Inadequate management - sales targets settings are inadequate - unrealistic job rules
To move from Egypt to UAE to join Etisalat it was a great step to start in UAE it’s given a good experience how to deal with customers from different cultures and backgrounds and how to let customer leave the store satisfied what ever it’s sales or complaints
Target is so stressful
You need to do overtime without money. If you ll refuse your visa will be cancelled. You will get very less working tools. I mean most of tools will be out of order. No job security. Supervisor are selected on nationality base not on eligibility base. One vehicle for 5 guys.
a very serious and competitive market and all work is based on target.i learned is management . workplace culture is all about competetivness and targets. the hardest part is targets.the most enjoyable part is the salary. On a very good note people there even the team leader is not so friendly there
Etisalat has a very stressfull work envirinment. You may easily lose your job for no reason. It is popular there that 2 people do the same job description with 2 different salaries based on nationality. On my first day at etisalat i was told only 2 things: never ask for a raise, it will not happen. Never ask for a promotion, you shall rmain in your rule till the end of your contract
clear process. Great systems and IT
Management, Training, workload
Hardest part of the job when bills are high and customer very angry and the explaining the billing part very challenging and however i used to solve all the issues.
Free get to gather parties
Etisalat one of the best companies in UAE
