BLS is unprofessionally managed company where in pay is low and work is more. Its a good platform to learn new things and be a good communicator but overall the company needs to have professional attributes. Every day is stressful as we need to finish task before the deadline. Colleagues are moody. Some day they are extra sweet and someday very arrogant.

Good experiance with BLS,

i think lots of things to gain from BLS, any time any body can ask anything from anywhere & you must know that otherwise you are...:-)

i have learned to handled team of work, meet with different people,
how management thinks, what they want from employees, what are their expectation etc.
