9 hours duty with break, if more than 9 hours it can be extra hours keeping for offset. Even holiday can work 8 hours. If needed to extend more than 8 hours specially if there is big sale or promotions.

It takes 1 day for interview. HR first ( around 4- 5 hours if 20-24person ). Presentation. English test. Role game. Team work and problem solving test. HR face to face interview. After they decide what shop you will fit for. ( not you are the one who decided) . And last with Shop manager you will work with.( around 2 hours in my case)
