Truck Driver - Roll (Current Employee) – Leander, TX – December 12, 2018
The company is new. The company hired too many employees and did not have enough contracts so that all the employees could work. When it rains, there is no work. It rain once for almost two weeks straight, we didn't have work nor were we compensated in any way. The owner sometimes did not provide enough details about the assignment, sometimes it was a wild goose chase.

Stressful and hostile work environment. Owners and managers kept pushing to get jobs done faster than a person can do, that’s why my accident happened! I would not recommend this company to anyone! Not a safe environment

With supervisors that call you on your days off and threaten to fire you if you dont come in and managers that barely know how speak or write in English it is astounding to me that the company is still operational. Also it is common that they forget to pay you correctly.
A really good company to work for, great management. The co-worker were good to work with. The communication was excellent between co-workers. The pay was on time. The commute was short. Meeting were good. Environment was safe.

Unknown if Arrow will manage to reorganize in time for the changes happening in the industry. Margin compression is making it difficult to justify the value model. Need to reorganize by solutions not vendors.
