Top management is good, the middle is still learning and lower management is in the dark
It is a good place for the beginners only. There is no work life balance as not managed professionally specially the engineering and maintenance department. The learning part could be fast due to heavy amount of workloads but it is in fact unsafe from health and safety point of view. The safety culture is incorporated only in the manuals but never practiced due to insufficient manpower. The communication is one sided from top down which is unproductive in a knowledge based service industry. The power culture is centralized which is slow and eccentric from case to case basis. Team culture which was there in the beginning is being lost slowly due to managements attitude towards the working style. The career growth is uneven and full of hurdles as kept secret with the managers. The working class who matters the most has no say. The training and development process are very slow and selective. The enjoyable part is the friendly working class and wide experience that we can gain from the massive operation.
