well i was responsible for customers service area , and mean time pressure of cash counter authorizations ( i was an A SIGNATORY A255 ) as well as other responsibilities hence , i should work in a smart way because no chanceries or excuse for any mistakes ,
i used to have daily meeting with my team at 7.30 am to 7.45
to discuss how to achieve our target without loose focus on client service ,
so many month we were achieving beyond the target meanwhile
we had a very low number of client complaints .
the best part of my work was to gain the best production of them and my manager was calling me the clients father as any complaint i used to immediately interfere and solve it out , i also used to check the daily operation work and close tellers tills and the bank chub as i was the second custodian , i was organized and always on time in the bank from 1987/2011 , the most enjoyable part i used to have appreciation of my lady manager who was nice , and many times i gate appreciation from clients some of them used to go directly to my manager to express their appreciation and others used to give me thanks letter which i am keeping it with me until now .
good knowledge and excellent communication base in UAE as i am living in Abu Dhabi since 1972 so i had a reasonable clients base and good communication with them ,
