Job involves Secretarial/ clerical duties which include typing/ reviewing all outgoing letters, reports and other correspondence, arranging meetings with Clients & Contractors, co-ordination with Contractors, faxing, preparing time sheets and attendance sheets of employees, correspondence thru e-mail, preparing minutes of monthly progress meeting, preparing commissioning /pre-commissioning reports of the projects, preparing monthly reports, bids, tender documents, preparing payment certificates & material submittals, preparing tender/ technical evaluation at ADWEA/AADC/TRANSCO /ADDC, producing various types of spread sheets, organizational charts etc.., telephone attending, co-ordination with office staff & drivers, preparing itinerary (traveling).
Job also involves maintaining document control system electronically and manually. Registering all correspondence including outgoing/incoming documents, letters, memos, faxes etc manually and electronically, archiving documents, updating register, all as per ISO procedure. Arranging / Maintaining systematic filing system, etc.
Office Management, which includes organizing day to day work logs of Principal Resident Engineer, Project Manager & Resident Engineers, their daily appointments and other meetings, typing letters (self correspondence).
