We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Front Office Team as a
Guest Service Agent
where you will be expected to ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated. You should have sound knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services. You will be responsible to Welcome our guests, handling Check In and Check Out procedures.
You will possess a warm and welcoming personality. You will need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player. Fluency in English and at least 1 year of Front Office experience is required. Knowledge of Opera system is prefered.
