Owing to continued growth, Latitude Kitchen is currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to assist Chef de Cuisine/ Sous Chef in the daily operation of the Restaurant Kitchen.
Main Duties:
1. To ensure all outlet reports, schedules, standard recipe, and correspondence are completed in liaison with the Sous chef and Chef De Cuisine.
2. To have a complete understanding of, and adhere to the company's policy relating to fire, hygiene and safety.
3. To ensure that operating and kitchen equipment is maintained to a good standard with minimum breakage.
4. To check the in coming produce, ensuring that all food merchandise is in accurate with order sheet, receiving records and purchasing specifications.
5. To help ensure that outlet colleagues are train as per the Monthly training plan. Qualified to at least Diploma level in a Culinary discipline, to be considered for this role you must also be able to demonstrate at least 3 years experience in a five star hotel with a multi-cultural team.
This is a very demanding role but also highly rewarding so a genuine passion for food and quality is necessary as are very strong organisational skills. You will posses the ability to multi task and be able to demonstrate by past experience the ability to consistently deliver.
