Take a leading role in a major education reform in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Teach Away is now looking for experienced educators to fill Education Advisor positions in the subject areas of English, Mathematics, and Science. Under the supervision of Principals and Cluster Managers, Education Advisors will provide pedagogical support in the areas of teaching and curriculum implementation to middle and secondary school teachers.
Education Advisors are based in public schools and will be coaching, mentoring, and team teaching with existing school staff to improve teaching and student attainment in their subject area of expertise (English, Mathematics, or Science). An understanding of learner development stages along with knowledge of effective and inclusive teaching and learning strategies are essential. Candidates must be flexible, adaptable, and demonstrate an ability to make quick decisions and work under pressure.

In order to qualify for an Education Advisor positions, candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant teaching experience, along with at least 3 years of experience in a department head role.
