Our client is a leading progressive industrial group who has been in the region for many years. However recently they have diversified into next generation materials for the building and construction industry and have now opened their Greenfield state of the Art Manufacturing plant in Jebel Ali specialising in a unique flooring, wall and ceiling product. As such they are looking for a Warehousing / Logistics Manager to manage their 24 hour, two shift warehouse operation.

Reporting to the General Manager and with two shift supervisors reporting into them candidates must have a proven background in warehouse management and logistics. Degree educated and able to demonstrate the following:

• 15 years experience in Warehouse Management and logistics functions with a medium to large sized manufacturing organization.
• A proven track record of dealing with raw material handling and receipt.
• Experience of using ERP packages.
• Demonstrate strong Man Management and Team Building Skills.
• Competent in MIS reporting.
• Excellent Planning and Organization skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Proven Leadership skills.
