Construction Manager required to provide PMC service for an Ethylene Unit Project - Ruwais , UA E

Duration: 26 Months - Site based role , working 5 x 10 hour days.

This is PMC overviewing another PMC on this project, so we can only consider candidates who have previously worked in a Project Management and Consultancy set up .

Job Requirements

Construction Manager (PMC)

B.S. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university with minimum fifteen (15) years relevant experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry including at least ten (10) years of construction management experience for major projects.

Must have familiarity with latest construction methods, modern project management techniques, and environmental engineering aspects. Requires specific knowledge in co-ordinating contract packages, constructability review, Site Plan management and tracking construction progress.

Good understanding of the safety requirements applicable to large construction sites and in particular working in areas close to existing operations involving hydrocarbons and constraints resulting from simultaneous operations (SIMOPS).
