At Huawei , hard working individual is a must because of a lot of job will given to you, 8 hrs of work is not fit to fulfill your everyday task. I also enjoyed working them because of field work, many places and adventures encountered since my last day.

Huawei can be a great opportunity to join back 5 years ago, but currently with its culture it has no respect to your personal life, and doesn't provide you with challenges or development opportunities to grow your career, the culture is the worst to work in it, lacks leadership, its more driven by transaction and productivity rather than effectiveness, the management are not doing good, they lack the basic skills and transparency to make the work culture better, its a chinse company, not international one, and it doesn't encourage you to contribute or innovate, they systems are strictly rigid, and doesn't leave enough space for creativity.
